Where is the stuff? How can I use the stuff?

​The accompanying blogs, which can be found by dropping down this tab,  describe how to use the activities in the Google drive.  For a list of newly added stuff,  go to the Quid novi? tab where I detail the new activities that have been uploaded.   Most materials in the drive are Google documents which can be copied and edited to suit your own needs.  A few things are  formatted as Word documents.  In these cases,  such as the battleship board,  the formatting challenges of moving them into a Google doc. were not worth the hassle.  In all cases,  the Google Drive is public - no password, only the link is required.

A word about the editing - no doubt you will find some mistakes in these documents - quotations and commas that have been missed etc.   I have asked colleagues to help me proofread many of these documents but their help has been sporadic.  They are busy people. A thorough editing job would have required a professional editor.  Had that occurred, they would have been published and would not be free. Should you find a glaring mistake, please email me and I will fix it.

Permission to use:
Anyone accessing the Google drive has permission to download and copy into their own Google Drive.  They have permission to use and alter the material to teach students.  Permission is not granted to use this material as part of professional development or to publish in any public, or private, online site or print journal without permission of the author, myself. 

In other words,  I want you to use these materials with your students.  I want you to tailor the stories, the games to best suit your class.   I want credit for creating them when discussing them with other professionals.  You don't have to credit me with your students unless they ask.  I know they don't really care.
